Principal Accountabilities:
1. Organize and prioritize calls and information presented to the line manager.
2. Assess and screen candidates' CV's applying to work within the international construction.
3. Provide assistance in application process for all types of labors travelling to other destinations. 4. Coordinate with destinations' head offices in administrative issues such as visa issuance and work permit procedures which requires the Line manager approval - concerning OHD labors and other required papers.which applies to Oman and Morroco 5. Handling the translation of destinations' contracts and paper work.
6. Maintain the general filing system and reports for each destination's data.
7. Handling ticketing and hotel reservation for the President of International Construction.
8. Receive/transfer telephone and fax messages.
9. Handles the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
10. Organize agenda for line manager.
11. Arrange/order for office equipments (stationary, pantry, business cards…. etc).
12. Handles confidential information with integrity.
13. Supervise on messengers and office boy tasks
