For the past 20 plus years I have demonstrated that I am a results oriented professional with experience in Class A commercial Office Real Estate, Urban Historical Properties. Retail Malls, the Outlet Industry, and Mixed Use Properties.
Working at American Tobacco in Durham, NC gave me the opportunity to utilize my past experiences to manage Class A Commercial Office Space, Restaurants, to work with the Durham Bulls, the Durham Performing Arts Center, and the Events Planning Department.
As the Regional Asset Manager for Prime Retail I managed the Staffs, over saw the Operating and Cap-X budgets for eight properties, 2.1 million sq.ft., in 5 states, and assisted with the transition of 20 purchased properties into the portfolio.
