Deepa is a dynamic marketing, communications and business professional who has built up 20 years experience in the corporate, high-tech and hospitality industries in Asia Pacific & Japan (APAJ), primarily delivering results through business development, account management, client servicing, marketing, public relations, online communications, advertising and other marketing related work areas.
Deepa has managed market entry strategy and execution including launch activities, pricing and localisation requirements; created, produced, written and managed demand generation strategy and programs, which included marcomms, events, direct marketing etc; developed leads management from first point of contact to sale; and created and managed customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty programs.
