As Bull partner, I manage Windows NT Domains, servers and workstations at Multilink SA, a swiss telecommunication provider. Otherwise, I done some mandates with Migros for exemple.

Windows NT administration, projects and servers management.

Initially hired to manage Windows NT Domains and servers, I take the technical team leadership during one year. In my charge I've constituted a new team, organized corses on Windows 2000 and 2003 technologies. I also managed many internal and external projects. My main activities were : - Undertake technical missions on different platforms or domains, like operating systems, middlewares, standard and office softwares, network and communication tools ; - Study the implications of new software components and make recommendations concerning system facets - Evaluate the hardware, operating systems and desktop software, standard applications, network and communication tools ; - Install, build, adapt, integrate, implement, validate and release new operating systems, softwares and other office standards (Update Management) ; - Find and repair defects on systems. Define and implement system's security measures, check lists, guidelines for problems and changes management, requirements for backup and data security ; - Improve the installation and transfer process, maintain documentation and system guidance ; - Define guidelines, procedures for transmission problems to competent authority and procedures for emergency situations. Running complex procedures of recovery and restart ; - Perform tasks for concepts of tuning and performance analysis on the basis of guidelines to identify and remedy deficiencies in equipment, software or network. Good skills on writing documents, both in english and french.

As a member of the Management Delivery Service group (Gestion des prestations de service), my main activities were : - setting up a reporting platform ; - active participation in the development of a new offers' model ; - written description of services, oriented Services' Catalog ; - technical validation of offers' requests.
