My professional experience includes nearly 10 years of working in a chemical manufacturing plant. I started out as an production engineer and am now a production superintendent. My job tasks have run the gamut from supervising my site's first unit that was built in 1966 to working as the commissioning engineer on our newest $50MM unit that was completed in 2001. I became a production superintendent in 2002 and still serve in that role now as well as the Vendor Scheduler role for my site. I am very active in Supply Chain Management from a plant perspective.

During this time, I have completed an MBA from the University of Phoenix as well as Post Experience Certificate in Process Business Management from Warwick University in the UK. I attended 8 intensive weeks (45 hours per course or the equivalent of one US course compressed into a week) at the university. Course titles included Managing People and Change, Supply Chain Management and Operations in Lean Supply Chains.
