Started in August of 2006, Chris started the company with a key client in Eisai, working as an owner's representative in the execution of the design, construction and commissioning of their advanced technology Fill/Finish Facility. In addition to project specific assignments, Chris runs the day to day operations of the company, marketing strategies and sales.

Worked within Cree's Facility Engineering department executing a wide array of construction and engineering projects ranging from Commercial Renovations to Cleanroom Renovations to High Voltage Electrical Installations and Process Utility and Equipment Installations. In this role, Chris is responsible for the design, construction, start-up & turnover of all assigned projects, maintaining the budget and schedule along the way.

Worked as an owner's representative overseeing the execution of the design and construction of the Parenteral Facility and the Central Utility Building. Also assisted other team members in the start-up and validation of the facilities and their systems.
