working on Luborizol Additive Project in Zhuhai as safety and Security supervisor, according to HSSE standards and the site safety & security procedure formulated by proprietor, I make decision on PPE violation and security events, besides, monitor and audit our security service subcontractor including security guards ,fence, lighting equipment, CCTV and access control provider and installer, meanwhile, I have to participate in crisis management and response cooperating with Integrated Project Management Team.
