*I have a background in office management & customer service.
*I worked in book-keeping and customer service for Bloom grocery where I learned to handle high pressure situations. I also developed my ability to multitask and manage others while handling various customer service tasks.
*I was the office manager for a theatrical lighting company for nearly 4 years. This position helped further my customer service and clerical skills.
*I am now in charge of customer care at Expressions by Gwyn. My duties include handling customer questions, solving various issues that any of our customers may have. I am also in charge of invoicing, shipping, & phone/email ordering. I also try and find various ways to network and market in order to reach new customers and expand our current customer list.
*I hope to use my customer service skills and networking techniques to help Expressions by Gwyn grow and expand into new regions and become a well known name in the designer
