Upon reaching my goal of General Manager, my leadership responsibility changed to include not only Manufacturing, but also Sales Management. My responsibilities include the successful leadership of the facilities sales growth, EHS compliance and future environmental sustainability, lean manufacturing, and leadership direction to sustain the overall operation.

My duties consisted of the day to day handling of a diverse client base of End Users and Gravure Printers. I succeeded as a result of my ability to build strong professional relationships, my high level attention to detail, my quest for success, and the competition of overcoming the impossible.

Quite frankly, Sales and Customer Service has always been my focus. The success I've achieved throughout my career HAS BEEN directly linked to my focus on the customer and the level of service they expect. CUSTOMER IS KING!!!

I relocated from Atlanta, GA to Battle Creek, MI as a result of being promoted to Plant Manager. My duties included, management responsibility of 60 employees. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing System through Alcoa Production System. Leadership of EHS compliance and environmental footprint. During my leadership role as Plant Manager, the Battle Creek facility consistently met corporate objectives, achieved Best Practice Environmental compliance and consistently reduced our environmental footprint. In addition, we saw year after year improvement of operation efficiency and improved plant performance.
