Responsible for organization and implementation of overall security; responsible for legal justification of implemented security measures; responsible for implementation of group security policy. Preparing monthly and periodical quarter reports to general director and corporate security director; implementing approved action plan regarding security measures, preparing projects and budget on annual basis, managing and controlling different security companies as well as man guarding on Carlsberg facilities.

At the position of Security Officer worked under direct supervision of SA. Have gained significant professional experience and knowledge, ability to adapt to various situations, worked with different types of individuals and characters, understood importance of teamwork, as well as importance of personal responsibility.

Head of security is focused, above all, on physical security, fire prevention and establishing safety standards. This position requires development and implementation of security procedures, careful planning, organizing and risk analysis within security department and coordination of different security services. Head of security, reports directly to the Management Board.
