His employment background includes national account sales, management and consulting with companies such as; Unisys, co-founder of CMSI, TRW Information Services/Strategic Management Services and ALLTEL Information Services.

Bob has been instrumental in assisting CMA in becoming one of the nation’s leading and most respected executive search firms in the U.S. Over the years, CMA has broadened its reach to other industries including Vendor Management, Settlement Services, Technology, Insurance and Investment Banking. Since its inception the company has placed more than 7,000 executives. A key to Skalstad’s success is his commitment to building long-term client relationships.
