Working on HRIS, Talent Management and HCM in the group (Payroll and Time Management)

Tasks : payroll and time management for employees and workers, using software SAP/3.

Tasks : Payroll administration for employees and free professions( time management, luncheon vouchers, statistics…), HRIS, reporting, management of the group insurance, legal advise to the people, management of the company car database, Expats administration, salary review process and preparation, Compensation and benefits and development of a new competence model for administrative staff.

Tasks : Consultancy in SAP HR module and in Human Resources. Advice to customers related to SAP and Human Resources (HR Strategy, Comp & Ben,…).

Project Management for the implementation of SAP HCM ( Time & Attendance & Payroll) in Europe (Germany, France, Belgium, Spain..), project management for Training and event in France, Time Manager’s Workplace for EU and Global projects (Global Headcount, Global Personal Profile). Support for all European sites and managing the EU super users. Dealing with our external consultants concerning resource planning, costs, new functionalities, contacting SAP Belux. Development of a global long term HRIS Strategy to analyze the new SAP HCM functionalities to strengthen the HR position ( ESS, MSS, Talent Management, Global Employee Management, Analytics…). Prepare the budgets for all SAP HCM Projects. HR Contact person for one small Business Unit. Initiation of a Global BPO for payroll with a Global Provider for 20 countries. Global Talent/Skills management for salaried and hourly employees

Reviewing the Business Processes within HR, simplification and harmonization globally.
Project Management for implementation of SAP ECM module, Talent Management, Headcount planning and use of ESS/MSS.
