• Building an integrated Training System based on Competency.
• Building an integrated Educational Information System through the Training Website.
• Creating a reliable & competent the Internal trainers from their field of company.
• Implementation of Training Evaluation System up to level 4 and in the early stages of the Evaluation Level 5 ( Return of Training Investment ).

 Responsible for daily production and delivery follow production schedule.
 Control and check daily production report.
 Verifying all daily check sheets.
 Ensure Quality requirement is in accordance with flow chart and / or Operation Instruction.
 Do line balancing and ensure maximum utilization of operator.
 Make improvement at the machine utilization and production productivity.
 Analyze of defectives and implement countermeasure.
 Responsible for end month inventory check.
 Control and maintain One Piece Flow line system.
 Prepare for new model and / or change model.
 Setting and programming Winding and Assembly process.

 Responsible for daily production target and delivery follow production schedule.
 Control and check daily production report.
 Verifying all daily check sheet in bonding process and clean room.  Ensure Quality requirement is in accordance with Control Plan and / or Work Procedure
 Control and maintain daily inventory.
 Prepare one month Forecast base on inventory, sale and production capacity in Production Line.
 Ensure proper document and data integrity.
 Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacities so as to be able to identify and resolve them.
 Drive for quality and productivity improvement and account fully for quality and operational cost issue in the team.
 Reduce the failure cost (scrap; standard time; defective)
 Responsible for end month inventory check.

 Organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates.
 Supervise and follow-up to ensure jobs assigned and instructions given are being followed closely.
 Head and motivate his subordinates to achieve set standards in productivity, quality and cost.
 Establish a conducive atmosphere and a safe and healthy environment for the proper execution of duties assigned to the subordinates.
 Enforce and maintain discipline in the department at all times.
 Establish a good and effective working relationship with subordinate.
 Foster and build up the spirit of teamwork and cooperation among the subordinate.
 Set desire goals and review production performance.
 Control and maintain reasonable standards in relation to turnover, attendance, tardiness, safety and housekeeping.
 Feedback to superior on any matters directly or indirectly related to the production activities.
 Work in co-operation with fellow supervisors and other colleagues.
 Attend to setting up, adjustment in relation to their job function.
 Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.
 Perform Monthly Review and report directly to superior.
 Support and Participate of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 EMS requirements as Internal Auditor.
