My fuel is developing people through facilitating their learning. By coaching, mentoring my team and initiating / ensuring a culture rich in teamwork and overall morale, I flourish watching people grow! I have Designed & executed TNAs, employee feedback questionnaires and Played a key role in Conflict Management & Organizational Development, not to mention a plethora of various workshops and sessions on different topics.
- Designed and implemented the Customer Care Training Manual for the Pizza Hut Call Centre.
- Part of the team which initialised and implemented ERP & OMS (built in-house), at the restaurants’ level.
- Part of the team to successfully initiate and implement the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HACCP, while working with Pizza Hut.
