I have a lot of experience like Plant Manager, but the last 10 years I had dedicated my time to improve Paint Industry productivity. I had design and implemented manufacturing cells with cost and cycle time reduction around 80% better than regular and traditional cell.
I had helped DPC Plants to improve operations and reduce operational cost, by applying Lean Transformation.
I did adapt Lean Manufacturing to Process Industry, with success and I had created a Lean Blue Print for Process Industry.
I developed a Lean Engineering that helped reduce Investment and improve dramatically the cell performance.
