Ann Marie has been working as a leader in the Canadian Banking Industry for approx. 20yrs, successfully managing large and diverse teams (600+) in multi-channel environments (Sales, Operations, Telephone Banking, Online Banking, HR, Technology and Problem Resolution) across the country, through complex and challenging new initiatives. She is naturally interested in people, the dynamics of cross cultural diversity and in sharing her skills and knowledge with others through volunteer activities and continuous learning programs. Her passion for cross cultural learning has resulted in her interest to learn both French and Spanish languages.

Ann Marie has been participating on the University of Waterloo (Ontario) advisory board since 2008 for their proposed Masters in Leadership program. In 2009, Ann Marie received the Rotman Global eMBA, Academic Directors Award for Women Managers and in 2010-2011, she will participate as a mentor in Rotman's Business Edge Program (to support Internationally Trained Women Professionals).
