Development of Social Entrepreneurship in civil sector.

Project Cycle Management, Grant Making, Needs assessment and training development for non-for-profit organizations; providing technical assistance; monitoring of program implementation. Primary work focus: strengthening the capacity building of NGOs, networking, financial sustainability including self-financing and social enterprises, community foundation, SOKNO – Quality Assurance System, monitoring procedures, Community Development.

Interim Evaluation of EU pre-accession programmes (PHARE 2005 and 2006) for Croatia and Turkey.

Managing grants from PHARE 2006 – “Enabling the Civil Society Sector for Active Contribution in the Pre-accession Process”, Grant scheme in the area of Youth Participation

Trainer/lecturer for all programs related to psychological and pedagogical preparation of instructors (future trainers) from various field of work. Planning, supervising, monitoring and evaluating all programs run within the Department. Providing professional consultancies related to the quality of pedagogical standards of adult learning.

Advocating in behalf of the children’s and youth’s rights.
