Experience of more than 17 years as consultant and manager in the professional services industry;

Local and international experience in different areas of the Human Resources arena: benefits, total rewards, people management, training and professional development, recruitment, among others;

Solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, advising several clients in the definition of strategies for inorganic growth, due diligence, pricing and closing and short and long term integrations;

Executive management (branch office and business line), including developing of business strategies, BSC, people management, client relationship management, business development;

Relationship management with the executive level, strategic discussions related to the business goals and desired organizational and people related structure and policies;

Coordination of multidisciplinary, local and international teams in developing strategies and projects, as well implementing business and human resources
