Provide consultative support to independent insurance agents in the areas of marketing tools and strategies, workflow improvements and third party vendor support. Educate new agents and staff on proprietary systems and products.

Assist with the development and execution of e-solution strategies that support business objectives across agents and field sales population, including email, websites, flash presentations, web casts and other media solutions
Enhance content and design for company web sites Assist in development of agent and consumer focused web marketing solutions for major initiatives (product launches, etc)
Develop successful methods to track, monitor and measure impact of web-based initiatives

Manage small to mid-sized projects in a highly matrixed environment. Develop business requirements and/or technical requirements depending on project role
Assist in development and maintenance of agent and consumer facing web solutions for major initiatives (product launches, marketing portals, etc)
Assist in the development and maintenance of IT security procedures and audits to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley

Responsible for training newly appointed Travelers agents on personal insurance products and systems.
Provide continuing support and retraining as necessary for existing agencies.
Partner with agency to develop and fine tune workflows to increase efficiency in the agency by utilizing Travelers and 3rd party technology.
Serve as point of contact for agency questions regarding enrollment, automation and business workflows.
