Attracting, screening, recruiting and selecting highly qualified candidates for the company. • Responsible for advertising in the newspaper staring from receiving mails, classifications, screening the CVs and preparing schedules to call candidates for the interview.
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates and administering all required tests and assessments. • Informing candidates of all aspects of the job, including job requirements, compensation and benefits.
• Utilize effective sourcing techniques to recruit qualified candidates, including composing of job postings and advertisements.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requests.
• Collecting and updating candidate's database
• Responsible for updating job description, corporate recruitment / HR website, updating and posting jobs, filtering CVs.
