I am a current member of Recycle Florida Today, the recycling trade association for the state of Florida. I'm also the chair of the membership committee. I have served on the Board of Directors in the past.

This is the Recycling Trade Association for the State of Georgia and I'm currently a member.

The goal of Eco-Minded, LLC is to work on projects that will add value to your bottom line while adhering to ecologically sound principals. We aim to provide a portfolio of support services as well as independent projects that forward our goals. Current projects include: Carbon Footprint & Offset Project for an online book company.
Expansion of online Materials Exchanges focused on residential items, usable food, industrial materials, biomass and agricultural waste.
Recycling Program development for businesses.
Buy Recycled/Green Procurement research and detailed specification development.
Helping businesses create and deploy residentially focused recycling programs.

Worked as a Student Assistant on a variety of projects. Helped to manage the County's Adopt-a-Road Program. Helped to develop tracking systems to analyze and improve the services offered to residents of Middlesex County.

· Acted as liaison between the County, City of Tallahassee & Community partners for the development of solid waste related activities including recycling events, waste reduction events and other outreach efforts.
· Implemented public education efforts designed to help Leon County achieve the state-mandated 30% Recycling goal for all Florida counties.
· Managed a staff of 3 employees to oversee recycling program operations including managing the electronics recycling program, marketing various commodities, school education programs and acting as frontline staff for the dissemination of information to the general public.
· Developed, maintained and modified the program's $460,000 annual budget, including developing new revenue sources when applicable.

· Worked with various public and private sector clients on a range of projects including: collection RFP's, policy development, grants management, research, public education and outreach materials, database development and all work to support the Project Managers in the execution of our scope of service.
· Developed presentations and other activities related to transferring the knowledge created with or on behalf of our clients depending on the requirements of our contract.
· Coordinated and drafted Florida DEP Innovative Grant Program Quarterly Reports and other deliverables as required on behalf of Clients to be submitted under contracts for State and Federal programs.
· Coordinated and planned meetings, develop monthly invoices and other administrative work to ensure that Clients are aware of the work done for them and work with Project Managers to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and at budget.

· Responsible for maintaining and developing sales of company conservation products in a 10 state region.
· Work with clients to determine how composting can fit into their overall solid waste management strategy including how it effects landfill operations, the pros and cons and analyzing the return on invested dollars where a subsidy exists.
· Plan and execute one day events focused on selling the company's products to residents of a specific municipality that is interested in rolling out a community composting or water conservation program.
· Provide customer service to residential customers, pre and post event, as well as interacting and providing client service at various regional meetings, trade shows and other events.
