After being respectively Secretary and Treasury of the association; I became its President. Semaphore is based on a boat we bought and renovated during 10 years. All the choices are made with the children participating to the project. The goal of the project is to organise socio-cultural events with children living in a disadvantaged area of Brussels. We help them during their home work, they participate to activities and they renovate the buildings. Our boat navigates which allows us to travel every year in Belgium: Oostende, Zeebrugge, Tournai, Dinant, Charleroi, Pont-de-loup... We have 4 full time employees. In order to earn some money we organise events: anniversary, birthday, live concert, theatre, wedding... We are always looking for people wanting to help: people helping the children for their home work, electricians, mechanicals, welders, administrators, cooperation with non profit org., public/private companies, funds...

Service Centre for System Architect team (SCSA) develops and deploys a platform for the use of Rational System Architect (SA) in line with the BNP Paribas EAGLE standards based on TOGAF. My duty is to manage the following tasks with a team of 7 members:
- Create and promote the standard processes, procedures and best practices for the use of SA within BNP Paribas
- Support the BNP Paribas entities willing to implement SA - Provide a set of services for the setup, run and support of SA
- Design the strategy of the SCSA including its value proposition, marketing material, Service Level Agreement (SLA), etc. Internal customers: BNP Paribas Group, BNP Paribas Fortis, BNP Paribas Banque de Détail de France (BDDF), BNP Paribas Investment Partners (IP)
