•Develop and prepare the concept of Budget IN program for Human Resource Department, this program one of the greatest and best achievements I have developed in preparing the budget for human resources department, implementation and follow-up to the last day of the year, were among the additions in this unique program, participating in the forecast income and expenditure thereof as well as the rehabilitation of sources additional funds needed to provide the training budget for staff to raise the efficiency of work, the provision of equipment and computers, and other supplies for the administration.
•Improve the program of customer service and sales through the development of "simulation games", the creation of innovative methods and attitudes similar to the real reality to the training of personnel in the aforementioned areas and extraction of the best ways to emulate these situations and adopt strategies to deal with them when they occur in the real world.
